Easy enough, right? Many Pride lines offer those specs but here’s the catch. We also wanted to make something easily disassembled into lightweight parts for easy stowing.

The Go-Go Elite Traveller Plus 4-Wheel proves that you don’t have to sacrifice portability for power. With Feather-touch disassembly, it easily disassembles into five lightweight pieces that fit into virtually every trunk or back seat.

On top of that, you get all the power, comfort, and style you could want in a mobility scooter.

The secret to this scooter’s superior mileage and portability. The secret, or at least part of the secret, is in the dual 18-amp-hour batteries. Most portable scooters on the market today come with 10-amp or 12-amp batteries.

Professional On-Site White Glove Setup and Assembly

We require Professional On-Site White Glove Setup and Assembly with all of our Pride Mobility Lift Chairs and Mobility Scooters. Your item will arrive disassembled in one large, heavy box requiring setup.

Many people think that they can have a friend/family member help or hire a handyman to unload the box from the shipping truck, move it inside and assemble it. We are here to make life just a little easier as our White Glove Setup arrives via lift gate truck, or with two delivery persons, when necessary. Item(s) are unpacked and packaging debris removed from customer premises. Item(s) are assembled as needed and powered up.

Redelivery charges for missed appointments or refused product will apply. Our White Glove Setup and Delivery pricing represents delivery to a Standard Zone Area (representing 88% of the population in the United States), door to door from our warehouse within 7 to 10 days based on customer availability. Deliveries are scheduled with the customer to residential locations only and with a 4-hour delivery window during standard hours of operations.

Your Pride product has undergone thorough product testing to ensure safety, durability and performance.

Our power chairs, scooters and lift chairs are Food & Drug Administration (FDA) approved medical products that require specific testing prior to release for public use.

The testing requirements accepted by the FDA were developed by the American National Standards Institute/Rehabilitation Engineering & Assistive Technology Society of North America (ANSI/RESNA).

The tests are conducted in accordance with the requirements of the ANSI/RESNA Test Standards and complement an additional stringent testing regiment developed by Pride’s Research & Development Team.

All products have passed, and in many cases, exceeded test criteria set forth, assuring the high level of quality synonymous with Pride.

Return

Apollo HomeCare Supply under Returns.

  • Please inspect your product upon delivery. If the product is damaged or is not the correct product, please refuse the delivery. If your item was delivered without a signature and is damaged or incorrect please call Apollo HomeCare Supply Customer Service.
  • Once accepted, the following conditions apply:
    • This item has a 20% Restocking Fee.
    • You are responsible for the cost of return shipping and the product must be in the original packaging.
    • The item must be in NEW AND UNUSED CONDITION.
    • All accessories and items that were included in the box must be returned.
    • Items canceled after the product has already shipped will be considered a return.
    • Mattresses ordered with beds are non-returnable.
    • Delivery service fees, including Outbound Freight, Next-Day and Overnight shipping fees, Inside Delivery, White Glove Delivery and Tech Set-Up are not refundable.
  • Return Process:
    • Request an RA (Return Authorization) from Apollo HomeCare Supply within 10 business days of delivery acceptance.
    • Once the RA has been issued from Apollo HomeCare Supply , ship the item back to the address noted on the RA within 15 business days.
    • Once the product is received it will be inspected for damage and signs of use. If item shows any signs of use it is not eligible for a refund. In the event your item is not returnable we will contact you and you can decide if you’d like it shipped back.  You will be responsible for shipping fees to get the item back to you.
    • Once approved, your refund, minus any restocking and freight fees, will be issued to your original form of payment.
